These Terms & Conditions specifically govern the commercial agreements, contracts, and business relationships between you (the Client) and Guidemic Digital Enterprise.
Service Agreements
All services provided by Guidemic (including web development, SEO, and security audits) are subject to a formal proposal or invoice. The scope of work is rigidly defined by this agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide necessary resources, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays on the client's end may extend project timelines without penalizing the agency.
Payment Terms
Services generally require an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion or deployment. Work will not commence until initial payments have successfully cleared.
Revisions and Scope Creep
Projects include a set number of revisions as outlined in your specific contract. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly or fixed rate.
Limitation of Liability
Guidemic Digital Enterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our delivered digital products or downtime of third-party host providers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the local and regional laws of our corporate jurisdiction, disregarding any conflict of law provisions.
